Wolfpack Electric is a residential electrical contractor operating in Rensselaer, New York, as a DBA of Lumaria LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
From customers: your name, service address, phone number, email address, details about the work you request, photographs of the work site and completed work, and payment information.
From our own business accounts: when we connect our business bank account to our accounting tools, we receive transaction records, balances, and account ownership details for accounts we own. We do not connect or access customer bank accounts.
From our website: standard visitor analytics collected by our website host.
How we use it
We use customer information to schedule and perform electrical work, to communicate with you about your job, to issue estimates and invoices, to process payments, and to keep records required for warranty, licensing, insurance, and tax purposes.
We use our own bank transaction data only to confirm that payments customers have made actually arrived in our account, and to track our business cash position.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run our business, and only as needed for them to do their job:
- Housecall Pro, for scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing
- Stripe, for payment processing and bank account connections
- CompanyCam, for job photographs
- Google Workspace, for email and file storage
- Our accountant and bookkeeper, for financial recordkeeping
We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Where it is stored
All information described here is stored in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep job and payment records as long as needed for warranty, tax, and legal purposes, generally seven years. Job photographs are kept for the life of the business record.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Email us at the address below and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
We use reputable third-party software with industry-standard security. We do not store full credit card or bank account numbers ourselves. Payment details are handled by Housecall Pro and Stripe.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
